The taste is so mild that I mix this into my KETO smoothie that I drink with dinner each evening.When I first got the product my fasting blood sugar reading's were mostly in the 160's with an occasional 170 and 180. Numbers have continued to drop each morning and this morning was 123. I have stayed in the 120's for the last month.
