All the lids I stored in the garage and have been using only these 2 lids. Great buy.Nice. I need exactly this !!!I bought a 12" frying pan with no lid and had nothing at home that would fit. I was only looking for a 12" and came across this two-pack and am so glad I made this purchase, these clear lids are way of the future. I love the see-through top, the heatproof handle, and the ridged silicon edge. I can see what I'm cooking, pop the lid without needed a pot holder, and set the lid on the stove without making a clatter. The ridged edges make a great seal on the pan and the steam vent is a nice added feature. I will definitely be using these with my 3 frying pans (8", 10", 12") and I may also use them with my sauce pan and stock pot. The overall quality is excellent. Highly recommend!It allows to cook food similar to a pressure cooker. Dew to a small hole on top of lid. Food gets done in half the time and less energy needed for cooking. It fits most pots and pans. Great seal around the lip.After using it for approximately 2 months the rubber part of the lid falls apart from the glass becomes flimsy and very flexible to the point it will not stay on.Great at first but falls apart. I ordered 2, 1 is red the other black use both on daily basis. Black 1 is the 1 that fell apart. Not happy may have to consider buying this product from another company.Perfect! The combination works great for all of my pots, pans, and skillets. Good quality - I've never used a product with soft silicone edges like these two lids, so it remains to be seen how the edges will function over time.I love these lids for the versatility. I don't need to search for the covers to my pans anymore. I just pull the small or large lid out depending on which pan I use. I actually got it so I could use a steamer basket that had a handle that didn't allow the original pan lid to sit tight on the pan. This solved the issue and more.These universal lids are just what they say they are - they are lids that will cover any size pot or pan - I have moved, packed/un-packed all over the world and in my travels have lost lids to my favorite pans - some of these pots and pans were my grandmothers and work better than today's versions - however, I could never find any covers to fit!Absolutely love them. The larger lid works great for frying pans that never came with covers. Would recommend them to anyone - don't throw out your pan just because you can't find a lid to fit. These ones work!The size fits perfectly and I used it on my steak.After using 1 time with red lid, the outer part turned black and I can't get it out.
