I got these for my husband who is an executive sous chef, I was worried they wouldn’t be up to pair with his fancy-ness. He loves them! I love them too! Food slides right off, the heat distribution is awesome too!Make sure you hand wash them, they will last longer.First of all, I really liked the uniqueness of the blue gradient & loved that color! I bought 3 sets total. 1 set for my mom & 2 sets for my new house since I needed more of certain pans to cook larger meals. I have a gas stove, no well water & I do both hand wash them & dishwasher. Bought my mom a set too - she has an electric stove & has well water...hers are holding up great & she puts them in the dishwasher. The 1st set is still going strong & holding up great! The 2nd set barely lasted 2 weeks & has several issues! These are the issues with the 2nd set...fading color & spots on the outside that don't wash off, blue peeling off the handles, cookie sheet burnt & twists. The 10-Inch x 15-Inch Cookie Pan, when I used it the 1st time you could see the pan twist while it was heating in the oven & well below the recommended maximum temperature. A short time later during the baking cycle I heard the pan "Pop" and it appeared flat again. After baking cookies, there were burn marks/spots on the baking sheet & they won't come out. The cookies weren't burnt at all but the pan was. The handles on the 2nd set are flaking off & I can see the black underneath the blue of the handles. Blue chunks are coming off the handle. The inside coating is peeling off & I don't use metal to cook so it doesn't scratch the inside. I use the spatulas given in the set. Very disappointed in this for how much these costs! The quality control needs to be much better for these! Unfortunately, for me it's too late to return them or replace them. The set that works I really love & they do a good job... Wish the sizes were a little bigger so I could cook bigger portions. Gave 3 stars because 2 out of the 3 sets were good but the last set every pan has an issue... Maybe a bad batch? Quality control needs to be much better before I'd recommend these to someone.Easy to cleanThey work well for us. Love the color and style. Easy to clean.Bought this set many years ago and tried getting multiple replacements as it kept arriving damaged. Finally.gave up and tried another brand for 7 years and when it was time to replace, I decided to give these another go because I loved the color and style so much. They arrived undamaged and absolutely beautiful. However, after hand washing the skillet after first use, the bottom and sides of the pan were stained and the color was coming off. I didn't go any higher than medium heat. These were used on a glass top stove which could possibly be the cause. I returned this set and went with a different brand that is working great. Really disappointing because I really loved how beautiful these were.Love the color, ease of cleaning, and non-stick cooking surface ❤These pans are pretty good. They really are non-stick. I have not noticed the non-stick coating flaking at all after a year of use, however I followed the instructions and only used plastic and silicone utensils in it so I think that plays a huge part. These pans are not dishwasher safe so I hand wash them and have had no colors fade at all. I will say that the outside of the pan can get black streaks and marks on it that are nearly impossible to remove. They still work great but they look ugly. I tried baking soda, dish scrub, steel wool and still nothing to get the black marks off. We don't use this for any frying or really intense cooking. I have never put them in the oven. We are pretty gentle on these and follow all the directions so I am not sure where this staining comes from. Other than looking ugly these cook the food really well. If you are going to buy these please follow the care directions. I feel like a lot of the bad reviews are from user error and not following the care instructions clearly printed with the pans. Overall yes I do recommend these for a beginner or small home like mineI needed to replace my Cuisinart cookware due to ordinary wear and tear and scratches. I researched a number of different low to moderately priced sets and this one is by far, a great set to have and use everyday!Poor quality.Thin metal material. Over priced. Not robust in comparison to a similar priced Tower set I purchased. Colour badly faded outside after 4/5 washes.Love it.Sent as a house warming gift for my daughter and SIL and they are very happy with it!I got these for my mom who is a Rachel Ray fanatic she got them out of the box and tried her best to like them but the sizes are just BS you really can’t cook for more than one person in them and make portions that makes sense it’s fine if you’re on a cooking set just making a little bits to show on television but she feels like she was lied to and there’s no longer a fan of hers this product is very terrible unless you live alone and cook for yourself and even then you can’t really make large enough portions to have leftoversHorrible product. The coating from the pan eventually starts to come off leaving small particles in our food that we cook. We found this out by re-heating carrots in the microwave that were cooked the previous day in the small pot. some carrots caught fire from the metal particles that were left on them. Its alarming that we were going to feed this to our 7 month old baby! I have emailed multiple contacts and have had no response from anyone. Do not by any pots from this brand.
