Our Automatic Plant Waterers combat this with its easy and efficient watering usage with consistent drip irrigation. Your plants will look after themselves! How to Use: Fill a bowl with water and remove the caps of each Auto Waterer, leave them in the bowl or container for about 10-15 minutes, then place the green cap on each of the auto waterers. Attach the hose to the Waterer and leave the other end of the hose in the bottom of the container full of water and your plants will be watering themselves efficiently! For plants that require less water (Cactus, Snake plants, Succulents) lower the resevoir to allow watering only when the plant is almost completely dry. For plants that require more watering, raise the waterer slightly above where the plastic begins and gravity will allow larger amounts of water to be used. How Does it Work? If the soil is moistened, the Auto waterer will cease the flow of water due to wet soil near the open end. As the soil dries out, the cone will deliver water by creating a vaccum which will draw the water out from the container.
